Our Support Services team is seeking a talented individual to help support the firm’s staff of employees at a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling meetings in Outlook
- Coordinating with building management and vendors
- Coordinating logistics for employee events (lunches, trainings, charitable events, and other internal initiatives and communications)
- Coordinating printing/binding/mailing of hardcopy meeting materials through firm headquarters
- Typing, editing, and formatting correspondence and other documents
- Ordering supplies (kitchen and office) for the office
- Supporting recruiting and marketing events through assistance in the coordination of marketing and recruiting collateral
- Handling travel for office events and inter-office visitors as needed
- Preparation of electronic board books for audit team
- Scanning a variety of documents
- Updating databases for new contacts and changes of address, etc.
- Handling a variety of one-off and recurring requests which may not be listed here
Experience and Skills:
Requirements
- Ideally, this individual would work 5 days a week, 5-6 to six hours per day (25-30 hours total)
- The position will be located in Milwaukee, but will support both our Milwaukee and Chicago offices
- Office experience preferred (minimum 3 – 5 years)
- Computer savvy- Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability to learn new programs
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to occasionally work additional hours during deadline times
- MUST be detail-oriented and well organized
- Excellent people and communication skills (written and oral) with a team player attitude
